As an individual or a business there are some basic things you need to think about when you are considering becoming a client of ours.

Making first contact

As you are already browsing our website, the easiest way is to use the “Contact Us” function and provide a few basic details. We will then email you, establish some key facts about the issues you are facing and arrange an initial call, if appropriate.

Who will look after my affairs?

From the outset you will be introduced to a Director or Manager who will work towards developing a solution that meets with your business needs.

How do we charge for our services?

As plans can vary greatly in size and complexity, our fees will depend on your specific requirements. We are happy to explain how we charge for our services, and where required, will participate in a formal request for proposal (RFP) process and provide you with a detailed proposal of the services and the associated cost.

Do I need any references to become a client?

Prior to implementing a plan for you or your business, we will ask you to let us have certain financial and other information – current legislation obliges us to obtain proof of your identity – this process will be fully explained to you at the outset.
